Santa Fe Staffing employees are thoroughly screened and vetted to ensure a Good Fit with our client companies. Our screening process includes a public records check, skills and software tests, face-to-face selection interviews, and professional reference checks. We make it as easy as possible on our clients. They receive all the benefits of a new employee without the burdens of recruitment, screening, interviewing, new hire processing, payroll administration, tax withholdings, etc. Instead, you get a pre-qualified employee and one invoice a week, with a single, line-item cost.
