Data Entry & HR Support Services
Proficiency Testing Before you make any hiring decision, be sure candidates have the skills they need to succeed on the job. Our online exams test the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for a range of positions in call center, clerical, financial, healthcare, industrial, legal, and technical sectors. Available software tests include Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, Adobe, Peachtree, Corel, and Quarx. Supervised tests are administered in our offices, or tests can be accessed and taken online. Detailed results will be emailed to requesting supervisors. Training tutorials for selected products are also available.
Background Checks While our screening process includes public records checks on all of our employees, some of our clients choose to employ more rigorous background checks. Available background investigations include identity verification, national county criminal records, federal criminal records, driving record, academic verification, license/credential verification, worker's compensation records, and credit reports. To ensure impartiality and help ensure compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, which governs employee background checks, we work closely with an independent agency that oversees our background investigations.

Simply specify the level of testing required, and we will collect the required authorizations and schedule the test. You will receive verbal results as soon as they're available. Hardcopy results can be mailed or hand-delivered.

We were in need of someone immediately who could come in, learn systems and take responsibility and ownership of processes right away.
