Our competitive prices can vary greatly.
Temporary staff can range from around $15.00 per hour and higher,
depending on the position, worker's comp rates, labor market conditions,
duration of the assignment, and number of positions staffed.
Entry-level positions tend to run $15-17 per hour. For an experienced,
professional administrative assistant, providing routine office support
and using Microsoft Office Suite for a week or longer, $19-22 per hour is
a fair ballpark estimate. For a full-charge bookkeeper to reconcile
those account statements you haven't gotten around to for 3 years, plan on
closer to $35 per hour, but please contact us to discuss the specifics of
your job. Temporary fees include all costs associated with employment
(payroll, FICA, workers compensation, unemployment & general
liability insurance, tax filing, etc.)
Perm Staffing fees are figured as a percentage of an employee's projected
annual salary (2,080 hours), ranging from 11-15% and rising as the salary
increases. Permanent fees include all costs of advertising; screening & testing;
time spent interviewing, checking references, and following up with candidates.
Perm candidates are guaranteed a good fit for 90 days from their date of hire.
