Good Fit Guarantee

PERMANENT STAFFING

Santa Fe Staffing guarantees the good fit of our Permanent
Placements for 90 days from their date of hire.
Once you have hired one of our referrals, if the employee
is terminated for cause or resigns from the position within
90 days, we will initiate a new search for the same position,
with the same job description, requirements and pay range
as the original placement, at no additional fee.

TEMPORARY STAFFING

Santa Fe Staffing guarantees the good fit of our temporary
and temp-to-hire employees for the first four hours of their
assignment. If within the first four hours, the employee is
found to be unsuited to the position and Santa Fe Staffing is
notified, Santa Fe Staffing will pay the employee's wages as
required by law, and our client will incur no fees. Santa Fe
Staffing will replace the employee as quickly as possible.
