Santa Fe Staffing is the original Santa Fe staffing provider. From
visionary roots, we've grown to employ over 500 people each year on behalf
of over 200 individual client companies. Since 1987, we've worked for
businesses large and small, including private, non-profit and government
organizations. In 2009, we changed our name from Santa Fe Services to
Santa Fe Staffing to better reflect our core business strengths.

While much has changed over the years, we are proud to remain focused on
serving the Northern New Mexico community. Hiring in Santa Fe is a little
'different' than other parts of the country. For over 22 years, we've made a
business of finding "Good Fits" for our clients, preferring a consultative
approach to staffing. While we're plenty capable of staffing positions for a
dozen or more people on short notice, we specialize in working closely with
our clients, one position at a time.

Managing Partner, Silas Peterson, SPHR, takes the
business of staffing seriously: "Our clients place
