PermanentOccupational Therapist (Part-time)The Occupational Therapist provides diagnostic and individualized therapeutic services based on evaluation and assessment. The OT also provides participant counseling and appropriate referrals as necessary to assigned participants exhibiting a need. Maintains systematic records in accordance with professional and CARF guidelines. Maintains quality care for all participants through interactions with other team members in a coordinated, comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach and provides assistance where barriers exist due to disabilities to enable each participant to reach his/her maximum level of independence. Provides direct supervision to the OT Aide in implementation of all individualized OT programs.Fit Requirements:Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program required. Current license by New Mexico Board of Occupational Therapy required. Two years clinical work experience required preferably in field of Developmental Disabilities. Must be able to work flexible hours/locations. Regular attendance is a requirement of the position. Position will require duties in Alcalde, Espanola, and Santa Fe.
